Roundtable with Sir John Sawers

On February 15, 2023, members of NBR’s Chairman’s Council and special guests engaged in a roundtable discussion with Sir John Sawers, former Chief of the British Secret Intelligence Service (MI6). Moderated by NBR president Roy Kamphausen, Sir John offered perspectives on Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, implications for the United States in Europe and the Indo-Pacific, and outlooks for the year ahead.
