Wei Li

Wei Li is an Associate Professor with a joint appointment between Asian Pacific American Studies of the School of Social Transformation and the School of Geographical Science and Urban Planning at Arizona State University (ASU). Her research interests include immigration, integration, and transnational connections with a focus on the Pacific Rim. She is Vice Chair of the U.S. Census Bureau’s Asian Advisory Committee, a member of the International Steering Committee for the International Metropolis Project; and the North American Director at the International Society of Studying Chinese Overseas (ISSCO) Board of Directors. She received her PhD in geography from the University of Southern California.
