Sohini completed her MPhil on “India’s Maritime Security and the Bay of Bengal: A Geopolitical Analysis” from Jadavpur University in 2018 and her Master’s degree in International Relations in 2016, from the same university. Apart from her regular publications in the ORF platform, her work spans across books published by Routledge, the Journal of the Indian Ocean Region, and dailies such as the Economic Times and Dhaka Tribune. She frequently participates in conferences and seminars and has been a part of various collaborative projects on the Bay of Bengal region, funded by the Government of Japan and Government of Australia.
