Kevin Heim is the Human Resources Director at NBR, and is responsible for the overall strategic direction, planning and day-to-day administration of the human resources function. Prior to joining NBR in Fall 2022, Kevin worked in Human Resources at both large and small organizations, including Whole Foods Market, Audacy, Inc, and the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey. In 2012, Kevin traveled to Kenya with Whole Foods Market’s foundation meeting microcredit clients and understanding the impacts of microfinance programs in the region.
Kevin is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and holds a BS in Journalism from Belmont University.
