Karin Pierce

Karin Pierce is the Senior Director of Human Resources at NBR.

Ms. Pierce oversees the human resources programs and initiatives and supports NBR’s internship and fellowship programs. Prior to joining NBR she was the HR manager at Pacific Science Center.

Ms. Pierce earned an MA in Asian Studies, with a specialization in Japan, from Rackham Graduate School at the University of Michigan and a BA in Japanese Studies, with a minor in Sociology, from William Smith College (summa cum laude). She also attended Tokyo Joshi Daigaku and holds a SHRM-CP professional certification in human resources management.
