Kailani Cordell is the Vice President of Operations and Human Resources at NBR.
As the Vice President of Operations and Human Resources, Ms. Cordell develops strategies to facilitate operational efficiencies to improve NBR’s service and streamline its internal activities. She oversees human resources, operations, and the internship and fellowship programs.
Ms. Cordell holds a BA in International Studies from the University of Washington and a Master of Public Administration from Seattle University.
