The National Bureau of Asian Research (NBR)
Greg Chaffin is a Project Manager at NBR.
As a Project Manager with the Political and Security Affairs group, he manages the Strategic Asia, Strengthening the Asia-Pacific Order, Strategic Assistance, and Korea Studies programs, as well as The John M. Shalikashvili Chair in National Security Studies.
Prior to joining NBR, Mr. Chaffin worked as a consultant on international security affairs for several think tanks in Washington, D.C. Most recently, he worked as a research specialist for the University of London’s Centre for International Studies and Diplomacy. His research interests include asymmetric warfare, technology and warfare, and naval and air power.
Mr. Chaffin is currently pursuing an MA in International Security at Georgetown University. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Rochester.
