Chelsea Zhang is the Communications and External Relations Manager at NBR. In this position she is responsible for managing stakeholder engagement and external communications activities to raise NBR’s brand awareness in national and international media.
Prior to joining NBR, Ms. Zhang was the Media Marketing Manager for an aerospace defense company in Canada. Bilingual in both Chinese and English, Chelsea also studied abroad in England. Ms. Zhang graduated from Georgetown University with a Master’s degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications and the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
