Victoria Huang is an intern with the Center for Innovation, Trade, and Strategy team at NBR.
Prior to joining NBR, Ms. Huang was an intern at the U.S. Department of State, where she analyzed Chinese media commentary and researched security and technology developments in East Asia. She also worked at the Sigur Center for Asian Studies, handling social media promotion and newsletter coverage of the Sigur Center’s webinars and programs.
Ms. Huang is currently an undergraduate at the George Washington University’s Elliot School of International Affairs. In the spring, she will earn her bachelor’s degree in International Affairs with a concentration in Security Policy and a minor in Computer Science. Her academic interests lie in emerging technologies and great-power competition.
