Nai-Yu Chen

Nai-Yu Chen is a Project Manager with the Political and Security Affairs group at NBR. In this position, she manages the Taiwan portfolio, and projects relating to China’s grand strategy and U.S. engagement with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific

Prior to joining NBR, she served as a Staff Consultant for the Taiwanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, primarily contributing to the Global Cooperation and Training Framework (GCTF) programs. She also worked as a Research Assistant at the Institute of European and American Studies at Academia Sinica.

Ms. Chen received her Master’s in Political Communications from Goldsmiths, University of London. She speaks Mandarin Chinese with native fluency.
