Juliette Perrier is an intern with the Energy and Environmental Affairs team at NBR.

Before joining NBR Energy and Environmental Affairs, Ms. Perrier was a trainee at the Council
of the European Union in Brussels, where she worked in the Council Central Library to monitor
think tanks, create thematic bibliographies, assist during EUCO summits, and provide research
support for internal units. Ms. Perrier previously served for two legislative sessions with the
Texas State Legislature, conducting bill analysis under a Texas House representative and
delivering documents with the Texas Legislative Council. She has also worked for a number of
libraries in her home state of Texas.

Ms. Perrier holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Government with a
concentration in European Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. She additionally
studied on exchange at the National University of Singapore. Ms. Perrier speaks French as a
native citizen, and her research interests include EU-Asia affairs, European Union policy,
transatlantic relations, and energy initiatives.
