International Relations of Asia 2010
Perspectives and Policy on a Changing Regional Order
In line with its mission to train the next generation of Asia scholars, NBR partnered with the Asian Studies department at SAIS to host the first SAIS-NBR Asian Studies Student Conference, “International Relations of Asia 2010: Perspectives and Policy on a Changing Regional Order.”
The conference showcased student research on contemporary hard security; energy; trade and finance; regional initiatives; and nontraditional security issues in Asia.
With support from NBR and the SAIS faculty, the conference was organized by students enrolled in the SAIS course International Relations of Asia after WWII.
