90th Birthday Celebration for Senator Slade Gorton

At his 90th birthday celebration, held April 12, 2018, at Safeco Field, Slade presented the first annual Slade Gorton Leadership Award to Mike McGavick, CEO, XL Group Ltd., and former Gorton Chief of Staff. Slade was honored and moved to have so many family, friends and supporters join him for this special event. We would like to thank all those who attended the celebration and made donations to the Gorton Center.
