Naomi Garcia is an Editorial Assistant at NBR.
As an Editorial Assistant, Ms. Garcia provides editing and research assistance for print and online publications. She is concurrently a U.S. Protections Intern at the office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. Ms. Garcia holds a master’s degree in International Economics, with a dual concentration in China Studies and Korea Studies, from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). She is the author of “A Cautious Analysis of International Economic Sanctions,” published in International Finance and Economics Review, and the Editor in Chief of the Johns Hopkins SAIS China Studies Review. She is fluent in Mandarin, Spanish, and French and is proficient in Korean.
