Ashley J. Tellis holds the Tata Chair for Strategic Affairs and is a Senior Fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. He is also Research Director of the Strategic Asia Program and Counselor at the National Bureau of Asian Research.

Michael Wills is Senior Vice President, Strategy and Finance, at NBR. He manages all aspects of NBR's financial and business operations, including corporate strategic planning, and serves as secretary to the Board of Directors.
