On Friday, December 6, 2013, the Slade Gorton International Policy Center at NBR joined with the William Ruckelshaus Center to host “Statesmanship & Public Policy: Are Collaborative Solutions Possible in Today’s Political Environment?”

The luncheon featured Congressman Norm Dicks, Governor Dan Evans, Senator Slade Gorton, and the Honorable Bill Ruckelshaus and was moderated by Sandra Archibald, Dean of the University of the Daniel J. Evans School of Public Affairs (the Evans School) at the University of Washington in Seattle.

In attendance were elected officials, business executives, non-profit leaders, philanthropists, university students and professors, and military officers.
