Leadership in Asian Affairs Fellowship
This post-master's degree program is designed to cultivate a new generation of
Asia affairs specialists committed to and capable of bridging the gap between
the best scholarly research and the pressing needs of American foreign policy
toward a rapidly changing Asia.
NSEP David L. Boren
Fellowship, Bridge Award
A cooperative effort between the National Security Education Program (NSEP) and
The National Bureau of Asian Research (NBR), this award seeks to equip and
empower returning Boren Fellows with the analytical and practical skills
needed for pursuing effective careers in Asian affairs.
Henry M. Jackson
Internship Program
This longstanding internship program, funded by the
Henry M. Jackson Foundation,
offers full- and part-time paid internships for undergraduate and
graduate students, as well as for recent postgraduates. Many participants
in this program are current undergraduate and graduate students at the
Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies
at the University of Washington.
