As a Senior Project Manager, Ms. Timmons-Gray develops, manages, and supports NBR projects and initiatives. Her work also includes promoting NBR's online services, including managing the AccessAsia specialist database and assisting on the Japan-U.S. Discussion Forum.
In 2002 Ms. Timmons-Gray started at NBR as a Program Assistant for AccessAsia. She received her B.A. in Asian Studies from Skidmore College in 2000, and her M.A. in Japanese Studies from the University of Washington’s Jackson School of International Studies in 2003. Before coming to NBR, she worked in the cataloguing department at the Skidmore College Scribner Library and in database management at the University of Washington’s Allen Library.
Her expertise is in Northeast Asian affairs with a strong focus on Japanese political and cultural studies.
