Navin Shekar

<	Navin Shekar is a Project Associate at NBR.

Mr. Shekar graduated from the University of Washington in 2007 with a B.A. in International Studies and a B.S. in Economics. He specializes in economic development and security issues, especially in South and East Asia. He is also interested in conventional and alternative energy studies. Mr. Shekar has lived in India and studied in China, and is familiar with the languages of German, Hindi, French, Chinese (Mandarin), Tamil, and Kannada.
