Michael Cognato is a Project Manager at NBR.

As a Project Manager, Mr. Cognato develops, manages, and supports NBR projects and initiatives.

Mr. Cognato received his M.A. in international relations from the Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University, concentrating in international economics and China regional studies. He has interned at Foreign Policy magazine and Taiwan Business TOPICS, as well as the U.S. Treasury Department. Prior to graduate school, Mr. Cognato spent a year on the staff of Senator Rick Santorum in Washington, D.C. He graduated with a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004.
