Roberta Luxbacher

Ms. Luxbacher joined Exxon (NYSE: XOM) in 1978. She held a number of sales, planning and management positions in Exxon's U. S. Downstream Marketing and Supply Divisions. In 1995, Ms. Luxbacher moved to the U.S. Upstream business as marketing manager in Natural Gas. She was named Vice President of U.S. Natural Gas in February 1998. Coincident with the ExxonMobil merger in December 1999, Ms. Luxbacher was named, Vice President, Americas, ExxonMobil Gas Marketing Company, with responsibility for ExxonMobil's natural gas and natural gas liquids marketing businesses in North and South America. She represented ExxonMobil on the Board of the Natural Gas Supply Association (NGSA) from 2000 to 2002. During that time she was elected as NGSA Secretary/Treasurer and then Chairman in 2001-02. She also served on the Natural Gas Council.

Ms. Luxbacher served as Director Europe Gas and Power Marketing, ExxonMobil International Limited, in April 2002. In this position, she was responsible for ExxonMobil's natural gas and natural gas liquids marketing and natural gas infrastructure and marketing joint venture holdings in Europe. Europe is one of the largest gas markets in the world and ExxonMobil is a major participant in delivering supplies to the region.

In April 2007, Ms. Luxbacher was named General Manager, Corporate Planning, Exxon Mobil Corporation.

Ms. Luxbacher serves on the University of Pittsburgh School of Engineering’s Board of Visitors and the University’s Mascaro Sustainability Initiative Advisory Board.

Ms. Luxbacher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. She is married and has two children.
