Political and Security Affairs Intern

Bonnie Nordstrom is a Political and Security Affairs Intern at NBR.
As an intern with the Political and Security Affairs group, Ms. Nordstrom assists with various research projects as well as assisting with Shali Chair duties. Ms. Nordstrom is an undergraduate student at Michigan State University pursuing a BA in World Politics and Japanese Language & Culture. In addition to Japanese, she has studied Chinese at MSU and completed an intensive language study program in Harbin, China during the summer of 2015.
Prior to joining NBR, Ms. Nordstrom served as a research assistant intern at the National War College. She has also volunteered as a Japanese teaching assistant with MSU’s Center for Language Teaching Advancement in East Lansing, Michigan. In her free time she enjoys cycling and reading.
